Delete your account

You can delete your Sherloot account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app — no email required.

What gets deleted

  • Your Firebase user record (UID, email).
  • Every photo and appraisal we have stored for you.
  • Your appraisal counters (free-tier counter, daily counter).
  • Any subscription state tied to your account.

Crash logs do not contain personal identifiers and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

How to delete from the app

  1. Open Sherloot and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
  3. Confirm. Everything listed above is removed immediately.

If you want to keep your account but wipe your history, use "Clear history" in the same Settings screen instead.

Email backup

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the Google account you used to sign in, subject line "Delete my Sherloot account". We process email requests within 30 days.
